The Thing About Titles Titles are a way to entice the reader. Use this teaser word or phrase to grasp your readers attention, not repel them. Take a bit of time when titling your fiction. It should be original, creative and inspired. If you have a love story, don't give it a horror name. Try to let the true nature of the piece come forward. And remember, PLEASE, this is a fiction site, NOT a fan-site, where everything is titled. I LOVE ELIJAH!!! Part One or Orlando's Whore. *rolls eyes* This site is for grown ups. You must title your fiction! Do not say "Untitled" This is just....stupid. If you take the time to write it then take the time to name it. Do not use Ratings, Genre, fiction type, or any other descriptive phrases or items in your title or Thread Title. These things will be listed in your Fiction HeaderThe only thing you need in the title is the TITLE itself. If you are writing, or plan on writing a Saga, please title it like this: Blood Moon Saga: The Harvest (1) Blood Moon Saga: The Awakening (2) Blood Moon Saga: Killing of Marcus (3)If you find yourself stuck, then go down to the Writer's Den and ask fellow writers for some advice.
